📋 Job Description:
THE DEEP SEAFOOD is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role involves managing various HR functions including recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.

🔍 Responsibilities:
   - Handle recruitment, training, and grievance management.
   - Conduct performance evaluations and manage payroll.
   - Provide administrative support to the HR department.
   - Assist in formulating and communicating HR policies and procedures.
   - Manage a team of HR executives and ensure compliance with labor laws.

🎓 Requirements:
   - 2 to 3 years of experience as an Assistant HR Manager.
   - Degree in MHRM, MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or related discipline.
   - Excellent communication skills and team management capabilities.
   - Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS.
   - Deep understanding of labor laws.
