🔍 Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically in the Hospitality Industry.
- Experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Assistant Accountant.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
- Ability to manage accounting figures and financial records accurately.
- Proficient in data entry and skilled in using spreadsheets (intermediate or advanced).
- Experience with SAP or other full-scale ERP software is essential.

📝 Job Role:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies.
- Manage daily financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
- Resolve discrepancies and billing issues with clients.
- Facilitate timely payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
