🔧 Position: AC Technician
- Focus on installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems (Split and Window type) and minor electrical works.

📋 What We Look For:
1. Proven experience in both installation and maintenance of air conditioning units.
2. Skilled in handling minor electrical maintenance tasks.
3. ITI Certification in Electrical or Air conditioning is preferred.
4. Must possess a valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License - Manual.

🔍 Responsibilities:
- Regular inspection and monitoring of the property to identify maintenance needs.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and cleaning condenser fins.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure efficient functioning of air conditioning systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair needs and provide 24/7 support for critical situations.
- Regularly update the property condition and perform additional tasks as required by the company.
