## Description

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for assigned bank accounts and investigate and clear reconciling items on a timely basis.

• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, provisions, reclassifications, adjustments, and other routine/non-routine accounting entries.

• Perform intercompany reconciliations with group entities, identify differences, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations with appropriate supporting documentation.

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process and ensure assigned activities are completed within the reporting timelines.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related supporting schedules, disclosures, and working papers.

• Support the preparation of trial balance reviews and investigate unusual or incorrect account balances.

• Assist in preparing schedules and supporting documents required for internal and external audits.

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packs and account movement/variance analysis as required.

• Perform other accounting and financial reporting activities assigned by the GL Manager or Finance Manager
