## Description

Ensure all parts are available & clean before production starts. Ensure machine and production lines are set up and assembled correctly for production. At the end of production run, all components must be dismantled, cleaned and treated in accordance with work instruction, ready for the next cycle.Complete all required process checks & record data on relevant documentation. Identify problems as they arise, informing supervisor of deviations, or when unfamiliar with situations. Give instructions to team members to ensure effective and efficient work flow.Ensure all in-process quality checks are done, swabs and samples taken and tests performed according to work instructions. Ensure a neat and hygiene work environment (Housekeeping). Ensure that all CCP’s are monitored and controlled and all equipment accessories not in use is stored appropriately.Control and use of all processes, materials and equipment in a way that health and safety procedures are complied with.Ensure that all employees are available on line when machines start and informs Supervisor of any problems that may arise. Ensures that all line employees have the necessary tools and PPE.
