Gain hands-on exposure to Front Office, Guest Relations & other Rooms operations, depending on departmental requirements. Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, enquiries & daily operational activities under the guidance of the team. Learn & apply Delano's service standards while bringing your own personality to every guest interaction. Develop your understanding of guest preferences, hotel facilities & personalised service. Support the team in handling guest requests and ensuring a seamless guest journey. Work collaboratively with colleagues across Rooms and other hotel departments. Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation & attention to detail. Participate in training & development opportunities throughout your internship. A genuine passion for hospitality, guest relations & creating exceptional guest experiences. A positive attitude, natural curiosity & willingness to learn. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Russian, French or German would be an asset. A warm, confident & approachable personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people. A team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Good organisational skills, attention to detail & a commitment to excellent service. Flexibility to work across different shifts in line with hotel operations.
