## Description

Create real time and activation led social content during live moments, partnerships, events, and regional activations. This role focuses on fast turnaround filming, editing, and delivery of social first content aligned with approved campaign direction and platform requirements. Activation Content Creation Capture and produce social content during live events, activations, and partnerships Deliver fast turnaround content aligned with approved campaign and brand direction Adapt content formats in real time based on platform and moment requirements Support live storytelling across priority social platforms Campaign & Partnership Support Support partnership, sponsorship, and influencer led content creation Execute content requirements defined by Brand, Campaigns, and Partnerships teams Ensure activation deliverables are met, and content is execution ready for publishing Creative Quality & Standards Maintain creative quality while working at speed Follow defined content production standards and guidelines Apply feedback to improve real time content output Collaboration Work closely with the Social Content Creator Manager on activation priorities Coordinate with Partnerships, regional teams, and on ground crews Support Creative Production teams during major activations where required Core Competencies Real time content creation Strong filming and editing skills Ability to work under pressure Platform native execution mindset Speed and responsiveness Attention to detail Clear communication Adaptability in live environments

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field 4+ years of experience in social content creation or live content roles Strong experience filming and editing on the ground Experience working on events, activations, or live moments Comfortable working in fast paced, high pressure environments
