The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets, expand market share, build strong customer relationships, and lead the sales team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring sustainable business growth and profitability.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills.
