## Description

Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites

Assist on building content plans aligned with the annual marketing calendar. Translate campaign objectives into social, video, website, and EDM content angles. Assist on managing content planning, publishing, captions, community management and performance tracking. Assist on ensuring content reflects brand tone, visual identity and luxury hospitality standards. Ensure compliance with copyright, privacy, guest permissions, and platform guidelines. Assist on monitoring platform trends, benchmark competitors, and flag content formats. Assist on writing captions, campaign copy, website copy, EDM content, and short-form storytelling, ensuring all copy is accurate, polished, brand-aligned, and optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative. Assist on managing creator collaborations from brand-fit screening, briefing and itinerary planning to deliverable tracking, usage rights, posting timelines, and performance analysis. Recommend improvements based on data, trends, and campaign learnings. Adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.

## Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or a related field. Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. Familiarity with photography/videography and editing software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut). Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
