Lead and coordinate ORAT (Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition) activities related to the MHS, ensuring operational readiness prior to airport opening and/or commencement of operations. Monitor progress against the approved programme and proactively identify potential delays, risks, and critical interface issues. Ensure appropriate coordination of MHS works with related airport systems, including baggage handling, building services, ICT, security, civil, architectural, MEP, and other operational systems as applicable. Participate in inspections, factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, integrated systems testing, commissioning, and operational trials as required.
