## Description

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of coffee brewing techniques, be familiar with different types of coffee beans and their unique flavor profiles, and be able to operate espresso machines and other necessary equipment. A strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to handle orders efficiently and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Job Purpose The main objective of the Barista is to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. Through exemplary customer service and a deep knowledge of coffee, the Barista will ensure a satisfying coffee experience for every customer. This role requires the ability to skillfully operate espresso machines and other equipment, as well as effectively handle orders and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Job Duties and Responsibilities Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages Demonstrating skills in coffee brewing techniques and understanding of different coffee beans and their flavor profiles Operating espresso machines and other equipment effectively Providing excellent customer service and displaying strong communication skills when interacting with customers Handling customer orders efficiently Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

## Requirements

Required Qualifications Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a hotel, café, or restaurant environment. Good knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation. Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment. Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and their flavor profiles. Ability to prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to standards. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow operational and food safety standards. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
