## Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project team and support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance. • Review and evaluate interim payment applications and contractor claims. • Assess variations, change orders, and associated cost impacts. • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, measurements, and cost estimates. • Monitor contractual and commercial matters in accordance with the contract. • Review and assess Extension of Time (EOT) and associated cost implications. • Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, payments, and commercial correspondence. • Support the preparation of commercial reports and cost forecasts. • Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, Contractor, and project team on commercial matters. • Identify potential commercial risks and provide recommendations to the project management team. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Strong experience in infrastructure and construction projects. • Good knowledge of FIDIC and construction contract administration. • Strong experience in variations, claims, payments, and cost control. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience in infrastructure and construction projects. Good knowledge of FIDIC and construction contract administration. Strong experience in variations, claims, payments, and cost control. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
