WAKA Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, managing a diverse team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that align with our brand standards. This is a leadership position that requires a professional, decisive, and customer-focused individual who can drive operational excellence and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals. Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service that exceeds customer expectations Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses, and overall budget adherence to maximize profitability Maintain inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate ordering of food and beverage supplies Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share Prepare and submit regular operational reports, including financial statements and performance metrics, to senior management Customize marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and foot traffic Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all outlet operations

## Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality outlet management Strong leadership and staff supervision skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Proficiency in restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation best practices Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills under pressure Proficiency in inventory management and supplier coordination Experience working in multicultural environments and familiarity with UAE hospitality standards is preferred Conflict resolution and negotiation skills Ability to analyze performance data and implement process improvements
