## Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced post-contract Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing expert cost management and consultancy services for various construction projects across the region. Manage post-contract commercial activities on developer-led projects from award to final account Monitor and control project costs, including cost-to-complete and cashflow forecasts Assess, negotiate, and agree variations, claims, and change events Prepare monthly cost reports for internal teams and stakeholders Identify and manage commercial and cost risks throughout the project lifecycle Lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers to achieve best value Administer interim payments, valuations, and final accounts Work closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to support project delivery

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field Professional certification from a recognized institution (e.g., RICS, AACE International) an advantage Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consultancy. Previous experience in the Middle East region is essential. Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and current market rates Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines Fluency in English Experience working on building projects with local developers
