Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers - Hotel & Residence

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily front office operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operations smoothly during assigned shifts. Responsible for the sales, the organization and the quality of the services delivered to the guests for the Front Office department. Demonstrate a commitment to personal guest service excellence Effective recruitment, selection and training for all positions within the dept. Communicates directly with Sales, Accounting, Housekeeping and Reservation and provides them with all relevant/ needed information. Ensuring the Telephone Centre is working properly at all times and minimizing the number of abandoned calls Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests To conduct daily pre-shift briefings to teams on rooms occupancy, arrival and departures, functions /event and special attention that is needed.

## Requirements

Proven experience in similar role Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
