## Description

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable quality standards. Manage all QA/QC activities for marine and bridge construction projects. Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, material submittals, and method statements. Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third-party inspectors, and authorities. Monitor quality of construction activities including piling works, marine structures, quay walls, jetties, pontoons, breakwaters, bridges, structural steel, and concrete works. Lead internal and external quality audits. Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain quality records, testing reports, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures. Prepare quality performance reports and present findings to project management. Support project handover by ensuring completion of all quality documentation and close-out requirements.

## Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 15 years of construction industry experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in a Quality Manager or QA/QC Manager role. Proven experience in Marine and Bridge Construction projects. Experience in projects involving jetties, pontoons, quay walls, breakwaters, piling, and bridges. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred. GCC/UAE project experience preferred. Strong knowledge of international construction and quality standards.
