We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Director of Food & Beverage - Outlets. The Director of Food & Beverage – Outlets is a strategic and commercially driven senior leader responsible for the overall performance, positioning, and operational excellence of the F&B outlet portfolio across Raffles & Fairmont Doha. The role provides leadership across restaurants, bars, lounges, and other guest-facing F&B venues, ensuring a distinctive luxury experience while maximizing revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and long-term business growth. The role develops and executes the overall outlet strategy in alignment with the hotels’ luxury positioning and business objectives. The role balances brand standards and innovation with strong commercial discipline, driving outlet concepts, revenue optimization, cost management, productivity, and sustainable profitability. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the strategic F&B outlet vision across Raffles & Fairmont Doha, aligned with luxury brand positioning and business objectives Lead the commercial, operational, and financial performance of all outlets, driving revenue, profitability, and market positioning Develop budgets, forecasts, and business plans with clear ownership of revenue, GOP, cost, productivity, and guest experience KPIs Drive revenue optimization through strategic pricing, menu engineering, programming, promotions, and partnerships Shape and evolve outlet concepts to ensure strong identity, market relevance, and compelling guest experiences Champion luxury service excellence, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across all outlets Lead, coach, and develop the F&B leadership team, building a strong talent and succession pipeline Partner with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and People & Culture teams to maximize commercial opportunities Use market intelligence, guest insights, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability Drive strategic activations, events, and collaborations that enhance revenue, guest engagement, and brand visibility Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, licensing, risk management, and local regulations Represent F&B at Executive Committee level and contribute to the broader strategic direction of Raffles & Fairmont Doha Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and service excellence

## Requirements

What will you bring to this role? Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 8–10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience within luxury or five-star hospitality Proven experience leading multiple restaurants, bars, and high-volume F&B operations Strong commercial acumen with proven success in revenue growth, profitability, and cost management Strong leadership, people development, and strategic decision-making capabilities Experience in luxury international hotel brands and multicultural environments Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills Strong understanding of F&B trends, guest experience, concept development, and market positioning Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage Embrace the Raffles & Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions Foster an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and respected Create an environment where colleagues are empowered, supported and recognized
