## Description

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen. Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other baked goods. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all pastry products. Develop and enhance dessert menus with innovative recipes and seasonal offerings. Supervise, train, and motivate pastry kitchen staff. Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization. Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Minimize waste and maximize efficiency in pastry kitchen operations.

## Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking processes, and dessert preparation. Creativity and attention to detail in presentation. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Good teamwork and communication skills. Culinary or Pastry Arts certification is an advantage.
