## Description

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, portioning, and mise en place. Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage to the Chef de Partie.

## Requirements

Previous experience in a similar kitchen role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage.
