Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa sea & spa

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible Kids Club Attendant to join our team and create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for our youngest guests. Key Responsibilities Welcome children and families warmly and provide attentive service. Supervise children and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times. Plan and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, and recreational activities. Keep the Kids Club clean, organized and safe. Communicate professionally with parents and respond to their needs. Follow all hotel safety, hygiene and child protection standards. Support children's activities and special events at the resort. Create enjoyable and memorable experiences for our young guests.

## Requirements

Previous experience working with children, preferably in a hotel, resort, nursery, school, childcare or recreational environment. Friendly, patient and caring personality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, energetic and comfortable engaging with children. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays. First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage. Good English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
