## Description

Welcome and support guests, visitors, and staff with professionalism and genuine hospitality Manage incoming and outbound communications using our multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and accurate responses Share information about our services, promotions, rates, and facility policies with clarity and enthusiasm Coordinate guest appointments and inquiries while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records through data entry, message logging, and administrative support

## Requirements

  At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or communication role within the hospitality industry (or similar customer service environment) Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a wonderful bonus Strong interpersonal abilities and a natural problem-solver who thrives while staying composed under pressure Comfortable with computer systems, including experience with or willingness to quickly learn Opera System A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with a positive outlook and collaborative spirit
