## Description

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and consistent standards. Lead the floor during service, providing hands‑on support and maintaining warm, attentive hospitality. Guide and motivate the service team to deliver genuine Italian dining experiences. Support menu knowledge, upselling, and guest engagement to enhance satisfaction and revenue. Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest requests with efficiency and care. Ensure product quality and presentation meet Italian culinary standards. Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily checklists to support seamless operations. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies. Act as a key point of contact between service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth communication.

## Requirements

Experience in restaurant service or supervisory roles, preferably in Italian or premium dining. Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest‑first mindset. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and team coordination. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining culture is a strong advantage. Italian language proficiency is a plus. Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in managing busy service periods. Comfortable with POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
