## Description

Support the Sales Team with daily coordination, follow‑ups, and client communication. Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders with accuracy and a strong sense of ownership. Manage F&B reservations for groups, events, and special dining requests. Handle inquiries and leads with quick, warm, and professional responses. Make promotional calls to highlight offers, events, and dining experiences. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, documentation, and internal communication. Maintain updated records across client databases, reports, and booking systems. Coordinate with F&B and Operations to ensure seamless event and dining execution. Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance summaries and basic inputs for Oasys. Balance multiple priorities with confidence — reservations, admin work, and sales support.

## Requirements

Experience in hospitality, F&B, sales coordination, or administrative support. Strong communication skills in English and a naturally service‑oriented approach. Excellent organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple tasks. Confidence using MS Office; familiarity with PMS/CRM systems and Oasys payroll is a plus. A team‑focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
