## Description

Develop, create, and publish high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Capture and edit photos, videos, reels, and stories showcasing the hotel, restaurants, events, facilities, and guest experiences. Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages. Create engaging copy, captions, and promotional content to enhance audience engagement. Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities. Collaborate with various hotel departments to gather content and promote events, offers, and seasonal campaigns. Work with influencers, content creators, and partners to increase brand visibility and engagement. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. Support digital marketing and branding initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

## Requirements

2-3 years of experience in content creation and social media management. Strong photography, videography, graphic design and editing skills. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools. Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in the hospitality, hotel, tourism, lifestyle, or F&B industry is an advantage.
