• Ensure the safety of all guests at the pool • Monitor activities and respond quickly in case of emergencies • Enforce safety rules and regulations • Provide first aid when required • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside area

## Requirements

This position exists to maintain swimmer safety. Lifeguards monitor water conditions and guest behavior, enforcing safety rules and paying close attention to swimmer activities and behavior.
