## Description

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the daily operations of the Room Service Kitchen. Ensure all room service orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Follow HACCP and food safety regulations at all times. Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels. Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies. Support senior chefs in food preparation and kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and health regulations. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

## Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis I or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment. Experience in room service, à la carte, or hot kitchen operations is an advantage. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
