## Description

Join our talented culinary team and play a key role in preparing authentic and flavorful Pan-Asian cuisine, with a strong focus on hot kitchen operations and wok cooking. What you will be doing: Assist with the daily preparation and cooking of Pan-Asian hot food, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation. Handle the wok station confidently, preparing stir-fries, noodles, fried rice, sauces, and other Asian specialties. Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in preparing dishes according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Prepare mise en place and ensure the wok and hot kitchen stations are organized and ready for service. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize food waste. Work effectively with the culinary team during high-volume operations and support other kitchen sections when required.

## Requirements

Previous experience in a Pan-Asian hot kitchen or similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment. Good knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, sauces, and flavors. Experience preparing Asian noodles, stir-fries, fried rice, and other hot dishes. Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Positive attitude, good teamwork, and willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
