## Description

Lead the delivery of long term technical projects/programs to ensure objectives are met according to plan, schedule, and budget to meet business objectives. Accountabilities Analyse operational, customer and business performance data to identify trends, risks, issues and opportunities for improvement. Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations to support business performance and operational excellence. Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and performance insights to support effective decision making. Maintain oversight of a portfolio of operations and customer-related projects, ensuring progress, risks, issues and dependencies are effectively monitored and managed. Work closely with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of sustainable change. Lead selected cross-functional projects end-to-end, from problem identification and analysis through planning, governance, delivery and benefits realisation. Support the development of business cases and cost-benefit assessments to evaluate proposed initiatives and investment opportunities. Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement frameworks for assigned initiatives. Communicate key insights, project updates, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support timely decision making. Monitor project and portfolio performance to ensure milestones, deliverables and objectives are achieved in line with agreed expectations. Support the implementation of change initiatives to ensure successful adoption and realisation of intended outcomes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project governance, reporting standards and business improvement methodologies.

## Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree or anything above (i.e. vocational certificate / Bachelor Degree / Master degree) Project management qualification (e.g. PMP, APM, or PMI membership) or proven knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile Project Management) is preferred Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field of which 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in airline operations.
