## Description

Act as technical advisor for Utilities & SWRO scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation. Lead technical due diligence, verify compliance with project/off-taker requirements, identify risks and deviations, prepare clarifications, support technical evaluation, and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline Professional registration, chartership, or OEM/utility/off-taker experience is preferred
