Job Purpose

To manage the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the showroom, ensuring brand standards, team productivity, and business targets are consistently achieved.

Job Responsibilities

• Showroom Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom environment.

• Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance for assigned targets, monitoring progress, and motivating the team.

• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally.

• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays, layouts and updated price tags and align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.

• Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock availability, coordinate with supply chain teams, to sell available stock.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for management.

• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.

• Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.

Education

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field

• Minimum five years of experience in showroom management.
