Job Purpose: The Manager – Residential Analytics & Insights supports data-driven decision-making across residential sales, marketing, pricing, and channel performance. The role focuses on analysis, reporting, and insight generation, translating sales and CRM data into clear, actionable intelligence that improves sales performance, forecast accuracy, and commercial outcomes across the residential portfolio. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on residential sales performance and pipeline health Analyze the residential sales funnel (leads, meetings, site visits, conversions) to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities Track performance by project, product type, broker/channel, and buyer segment Conduct desktop research and benchmarking on comparable residential projects, destinations, pricing, and sales velocity Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, competitor activity, and channel strategies across relevant regional and international markets Support pricing, absorption, and inventory performance analysis using both internal data and external benchmarks Translate analytics and research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations Prepare executive-ready analysis, benchmarking summaries, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders Qualification and requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Analytics, or a related field Must have 7 to 10 years overall experience where 3–6 years of experience in management, analytics, research, business intelligence, or commercial performance roles Strong capability in desktop research, benchmarking, and comparative market analysis Proven ability to translate data and research into clear, actionable insights Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint Experience working with CRM systems, sales data, or performance dashboards Apply now » Find similar jobs: Job Opportunities Terms and Conditions Privacy Policy Careers Media Center ™ 2021, Red Sea Global. #5th Floor, MU04 Tower, ITCC Complex, AlRaidah Digital City, Al Nakhil District 3807, Riyadh 12382 – 6726, KSA
