Job Purpose: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, supplier shipment coordination, stock control, and distribution of materials and equipment across all operational locations. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with suppliers for incoming shipments and delivery schedules. Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Organize and manage warehouse storage to ensure efficient utilization of space. Coordinate with brand managers regarding stock planning and inventory control. Monitor stock movements and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels. Arrange deliveries and transfers of materials to all operational locations. Prepare inventory, stock, and warehouse performance reports. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits. Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment, spare parts, and consumables. Support procurement and operations teams with inventory information. Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards. Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities. Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards. Safety, Quality & Environment Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department’s systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. Job Requirements: Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics within a similar operational environment. Physically capable of handling warehouse activities, including occasional lifting, movement, and inspection of materials and equipment. Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
