Technical Interior Designer - RMJM Skip to main content Hit enter to search or ESC to close Close Search search Menu Technical Interior Designer Key Areas of Responsibility : Prepare interior technical drawings, detailed layouts, joinery details, and documentation packages for project delivery. Translate design concepts into technically feasible and buildable solutions while maintaining the overall design intent. Coordinate with interior designers, architects, consultants, and suppliers throughout project stages. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project standards. Review materials, finishes, and technical details to ensure quality, functionality, and constructability. Support site coordination and resolve technical issues during construction and fit-out stages. Coordinate and supervise junior team members during the production of technical drawings and documentation. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all technical deliverables and project documentation. Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Contribute to hospitality, residential, high-rise, and mixed-use projects with strong understanding of interior detailing and technical execution. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience Strong technical drawing and detailing skills, proficiency in design software, knowledge of materials and construction methods, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and site execution.
