Key Responsibilities: Lead conceptual and schematic design development. Oversee design proposals, drawings, and presentations. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level architects. Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and clients. Present and defend design ideas to stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality and technical standards. Contribute to design competitions and high-level creative proposals. Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum 10 years of experience . Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and conceptual innovation. Key Skills : Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Advanced proficiency in design and visualization software. Excellent design judgment and creative problem-solving abilities. Strong presentation and communication skills.
