- Orchestrate Global and Regional stakeholders across Product,
Commercialization, Marketing, Sales Excellence, and Sales to ensure clear ownership and consistent execution.
- Evaluate adoption, lead and pipeline contribution, and commercial outcomes to inform leadership decisions and continuously improve future Sales Plays.

Lead Management

- Own the regional lead management framework, connecting campaign activity, seller follow up, opportunity attribution, and pipeline reporting.
- Partner across Marketing, Product, Commercialization, Business Units, and Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, data discipline, and seller accountability.
- Monitor lead progression and performance, addressing process gaps and providing transparent reporting on execution and commercial impact.

CMS Training Management

- Own the CEMEA CMS training framework and calendar, orchestrating Global, Regional, and Business Unit enablement activities into a coordinated learning experience aligned with seller needs and commercial priorities.
- Establish a structured training needs assessment process, using seller feedback, business priorities, performance insights, and stakeholder input to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning interventions.
- Embed critical seller processes, tools, and governance requirements into onboarding and ongoing learning journeys to improve role readiness and execution consistency.
- Measure participation, adoption, seller feedback, and effectiveness to continuously improve training quality and business impact.

SIP Governance Support

- Serve as the designated backup for SIP governance, supporting continuity of validation, reporting, and governance activities when required.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Excellence, and business stakeholders to maintain data accuracy, process compliance, and reliable performance reporting.
- Support process documentation and improvement initiatives that strengthen governance consistency and operational resilience.
