## Description

WSP Middle East is seeking a Client Lead to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, supporting our ongoing commitments in the region, including major programmes such as the new Riyadh Central Station. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving work-winning efforts, ensuring excellent project delivery coordination, and contributing to strategic growth across the Middle East market.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum 15 year’s experience in client-facing, business development, or project delivery roles within engineering, construction, or the built‑environment sectors. Demonstrated success in key account management, work‑winning, or senior client relationship leadership. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven capacity to build strategic, long-term partnerships.
