## Description

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer to join our Site Supervision team in Jeddah, supporting major transport, road, and infrastructure utilities projects. The role will be responsible for contract administration, commercial compliance, variation management, claims review, and contractual correspondence throughout project delivery. This is a site-based supervision role requiring strong consultant-side experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

## Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contract administration and commercial management. Strong experience on transport, roads, highways, utilities, and infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience working for engineering consultants or supervision consultants on major infrastructure projects. Extensive experience within Saudi Arabia, preferably on projects in Jeddah, Riyadh, or other major KSA locations. Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other internationally recognized contract forms. Experience managing variations, claims, change management, and extension of time assessments. Excellent report writing, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to operate effectively within multidisciplinary site supervision teams. Professional certifications and membership of relevant professional institutions will be an advantage. Candidates with predominantly building construction, contractor-only backgrounds, design consultancy design roles, or corporate/head office contract administration experience will not be considered suitable.   Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
