We are seeking an experienced HSE Lead to oversee health, safety, and environmental performance across a major construction supervision project in the West of Riyadh. The successful candidate will lead the site HSE function, work closely with the supervision team and contractors, and promote a proactive safety culture that ensures compliance with project requirements, Saudi regulations, and international best practices.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 20 years' experience in construction projects, with significant experience on large-scale infrastructure, buildings, or mixed-use developments. Previous experience in an HSE Lead, Senior HSE Manager, or equivalent role on construction supervision projects. Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely , or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international standards. Experience managing contractor safety performance within a consultant-led supervision environment. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. Ability to influence safe behaviors and drive continuous improvement across large project teams.
