## Description

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to support the delivery of major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary project teams, driving successful project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong technical engineering background, preferably in Civil Engineering, together with proven experience working for leading international engineering consultancies on large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commercially aware and client-focused professional capable of managing complex stakeholder environments while delivering high-quality project outcomes. As a key member of the Transport & Infrastructure team, the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, supporting strategic growth objectives and contributing to the successful delivery of some of the Kingdom's most significant infrastructure programmes.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 12-15+ years of experience within engineering consultancy, infrastructure project delivery, or major development programmes. Proven experience working with leading international engineering consultancies. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in Saudi Arabia. Strong technical engineering background, preferably in civil infrastructure projects. Proven client-facing experience and ability to manage relationships with government entities, developers, and key stakeholders. Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating complex project deliverables. Strong understanding of project management principles, project controls, commercial management, and risk management. Experience administering consultancy contracts and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources. Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
