We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Road Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in road engineering, with a proven track record in site supervision within the construction consultancy sector. As a Senior Road Engineer at WSP, you will lead and oversee the successful delivery of road infrastructure projects, leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills to drive excellence and innovation.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in road engineering, with a focus on site supervision within the construction consultancy sector. Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience in road design, construction, and maintenance, with a deep understanding of relevant standards, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and road engineering analysis tools. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets and schedules, and deliver successful outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Proven track record of successfully delivering road infrastructure projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and innovation.
