## Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in site supervision within the construction consultancy sector on roads & highways projects. As a Senior Structural Engineer at WSP, you will lead and oversee the structural design, analysis, and construction supervision of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring the integrity, safety, and performance of built structures.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on site supervision within the construction consultancy sector. Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience in structural design, analysis, and construction of transportation infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, viaducts, and retaining walls. Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets and schedules, and deliver successful outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Proven track record of successfully delivering structural engineering projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and innovation.
