## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our Roads & Highways team in Dubai/Sharjah. This role focuses on the technical design and delivery of roads and highways packages for large-scale infrastructure and land development projects across the Emirate. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on design experience, a solid understanding of government authority requirements, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple disciplines to deliver fully integrated design solutions.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). 7+ years of professional experience in roads and highways design. Proven experience delivering infrastructure and land development projects in the UAE. Strong understanding of local authority standards, approval processes, and design requirements. Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines on complex infrastructure projects. Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MX, OpenRoads, or similar).
