WSP in the Middle East is seeking a commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major building projects in Dubai. The role will involve contract administration, cost control, valuations, commercial reporting, and management of contractual matters throughout the construction lifecycle.

## Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering. 12–15 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience on building construction supervision or consultancy projects. Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts. Experience with interim valuations, claims, variations, and final accounts. Knowledge of industry measurement standards (POMI, NRM, SMM). Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
