## Description

WSP is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our construction supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the delivery of a major infrastructure project. The role will be responsible for leading all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the project, ensuring that contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders comply with WSP standards, client requirements, Saudi regulations and international best practice. The successful candidate will have a strong background in major roads, highways and infrastructure construction projects, with proven experience working in a consultancy / supervision environment. This role requires a confident HSE leader who can influence contractor behaviour, drive a proactive safety culture and ensure safe delivery across complex, live construction environments.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management or a related discipline. Professional HSE certification such as: NEBOSH International General Certificate as a minimum NEBOSH Diploma preferred IOSH membership preferred OSHA / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or equivalent would be advantageous Minimum 15+ years’ experience in HSE roles within construction. Significant experience on major roads, highways, bridges or large-scale infrastructure construction projects. Previous experience working in the Middle East / GCC is mandatory. Saudi Arabia project experience would be highly advantageous.
