## Description

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Handover & Closeout Manager to support the successful delivery and transition of large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring that infrastructure assets are fully completed, compliant, documented, and ready for operational handover to the client. The successful candidate will lead all handover and closeout activities, coordinating between construction teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects and construction delivery/execution Proven experience in project handover, closeout, or completion phases for large-scale infrastructure (roads, utilities, tunnels or similar) Experience working within PMC, consultancy, or contractor environments Strong understanding of construction lifecycle, project delivery, and handover/closeout processes Familiarity with inspection processes, testing coordination, and final approvals Experience managing multiple contractors and stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities across multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage complex interfaces and resolve project-related challenges effectively Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
