## Description

As a Resident Engineer - Electrical, you will lead and manage all aspects of overhead transmission line projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project objectives, schedules, and budgets. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.+

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on overhead  line projects. Extensive knowledge of transmission line design, construction, and maintenance practices, including tower configurations, conductor types, and insulation methods. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, such as PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and AutoCAD. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate project requirements.
