## Description

WSP Middle East is seeking a Document Controller / Aviation Project Administrator to support design-led aviation projects in KSA. This role is critical in ensuring effective document control, project administration, and coordination across multidisciplinary design teams working on complex airport and aviation infrastructure programmes.

## Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Document Controller or Project Administrator, ideally on aviation / infrastructure / design-based projects. Strong knowledge of document control processes, workflows, and best practices. Experience using document management systems (EDMS) and Microsoft Office applications. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear communication skills and confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
