WSP is seeking a Graduate in Artificial Intelligence (Emirati National) to support AI-driven initiatives across projects and internal processes. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to apply AI solutions, improve efficiency, and contribute to WSP’s digital transformation.

## Requirements

UAE National (with a valid Family Book). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. MSc degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent (near graduation acceptable). Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI technologies, data analysis tools, supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning, and programming languages such as Python or R; familiarity with Azure Sandbox. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively. Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
