WSP Middle East is excited to welcome a passionate and creative Lighting Designer/Senior Lighting Designer to our Innovation Lighting Design Studio in UAE & KSA. If you’re driven by the power of light to transform spaces, eager to work on cutting-edge projects, and ready to collaborate with some of the region’s most forward-thinking designers and engineers, we’d love to hear from you.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, and a Master’s degree in Architectural Lighting Design or a similar discipline with full professional qualifications. Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in lighting design consultancy. Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in lighting design tools (e.g., Dialux/Relux), CAD/BIM platforms, and presentation software is an advantage. Ability to work independently and remotely while remaining engaged with the core team. Preferred Attributes Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. Understanding of human-centric lighting, sustainable design, and relevant industry standards/codes. Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
