## Description

Key responsibilities and accountabilities Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Update accounts payable and booked the invoices Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and Schools accounting and financial guidelines Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Assist with other accounting projects Ensure timely bank payments Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Bank Reconciliation Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings Prepare payments for, Vendors, employees, or any other payment Archiving the finance documents

## Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent Fresh graduate to 5 years ’ experience
